- Description
- We are looking for a live out Head Housekeeper for one of our clients in Virginia Water, Surrey.
A Head Housekeeper is required to join a large private household in Virginia Water, home to a UHNWI. You will be working in a fully staffed residence ensuring the property is kept at the highest standards at all times.
You will be operating within a team and managing two Housekeepers.
Must have excellent 5* experience within in a private household with an eye for detail as well as previous experience at Head Housekeeper level or supervisory experience is essential.
This is a great opportunity for someone to progress and as this is a new role for this household it is important that you are confident enough to create structures and procedures that benefit the house and the Housekeepers alike.
As this is a live out position it is important that you live within a commutable distance from the property.
Housekeeper duties include (but are not limited to)
- Creating weekly rotas
- Creating structures and procedures
- Managing a small team
- Spot checks daily
- Hands on housekeeping
- Liaising with other members of staff to ensure the smooth running of the property
- Inventories and organisations of supplies
- Communicating with House Manager re: ordering of products/supplies
Hours & Days of Work
Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
Salary on offer: £33,000.00k - £37,000.00k
Start: ASAP
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
