PA TO CEO IN SURREY

One of Private Clients based in Surrey is looking for a Business/Private PA to work at their private residence . You will need to have a solid understanding and interest in the financial world and enjoy working at a fast pace. The position will involve full diary management which is complex and every changing. Co-ordinating extensive travel schedules, preparing documents for speeches and conferences. You will working alongside the CEO and his team, ensuring the office and house runs smoothly. There will constant liaision with the House manager and the domestic staff and family. Organising charity events, assisting at events, acting as gate keeper, creating agenda's, excel spreadsheets, minute taking, working alongside accountants and lawyers, Regular correspondence on a private and business basis. You will need to be prepared to work long hours, be on call at the weekends and have thick skin. A wonderful opportunity for a bright, experienced PA with a can do attitude. Start date - asap

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
