Live-In Carer in Oxfordshire

One of our private clients based near Banbury is looking for a 2 Live-in carer's who can work on a rota system ( 2 /3 weeks on and 2/3 weeks off). The role is all encompassing from driving the client to hospital appointments, general housekeeping duties, overseeing the house and working alongside the housekeeper. You must have good communication skills  to liaise with various members of the family over the Principals health. Ideally you will have a nursing background and be capable of dealing with all the Principal's needs. The role is to commence asap. You will need a kind, calm and patient manner as well as thick skin. 

Duties include:

• Making beds
• Personal hygiene
• Overseeing and checking on oxygen levels of the Principal
• Drive
• Cook
• Shop
• Household administration
• Collect and administer medication.

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
