Desrin has almost 15 years' experience in delivering organisational excellence for our HNW clients, who have been known to be so grateful that they send her flowers as thanks. Having previously worked for Barclays Wealth Capital and Knight Frank's residential asset management division, Desrin oversees the day-to-day running of the Randolphs office, and is in charge of recruitment compliance and fulfilling our obligations to our industry body, the REC, where we have scored 92% in our latest REC Compliance Audit. In her simultaneous role as general estate worker consultant, Desrin has sent over 250 workers out to our Middle Eastern client’s estate in France over the past four years, with many of the staff staying on permanently or being offered contract extensions. The general estate staff work on two beautiful estates as gardeners and groundsmen, and also in the housekeeping, laundry and kitchen teams.
