- Our client is looking to recruit a private chef for a live-out position based in Chelsea.
Rotating some shifts with another chef, working 5 day week with some additional days/evening required where necessary (*time off will be given in lieu)"Occasional travel may be required"Lunches/Dinners"Some formal business/private dinners"Some preparation of meals to be served on private plane"Experience in various different cuisines i.e. Asian, French and Italian"High standards of hygiene, planning and organisation of the kitchen"Good stock control/budgeting"Need to have a flexible approach and be able to interact easily with fellow household members (approximately 16 others) especially the other chef, security team and the housekeeper"Calm and reliable mannerTo start as soon as possible.
