Start date:Immediate start
Report to: Managing Director/Estate manager
Working hours:Standard working hours, however, as with a role of this nature sometimes you will have to be flexible in regards to your working hours.
Salary: We offer a highly competitive salary along with bonuses and a friendly team environment. Salary is negotiable with the right candidate.
Location:Can’t be specified as the position requires frequent travel.
Cuisine: Italian and other cuisines
Duties:
* Cooking for a private family to a very high standard and maintaining the kitchen in top form
* Managing and training kitchen staff
* Maintaining a budget for kitchen expenses
* Maintaining good stock rotation to minimise wastage.
* Being the contact person for service providers
* Organisation and management of the kitchen
* Grocery shopping
The ideal Italian PrivateExecutiveChef would have/be:
- At least 5 years cheffing experience at a high level (5 star hotel kitchens along with 1 & 2 Michelin restaurants);
- Knowledge of healthy nutrition and culinary skills to prepare healthier meals;
- Managing experience;
- Experience working for UHNW individuals;
- Experience in planning menus, superb organisational skills;
- Flexible in terms of hours and stress resistant;
- Good team player
- Language skills - English
