Description: A German couple are looking for an experienced butler/house manager to work for their beautiful estate near Munich, Germany. The Principals offer accommodation (a separate flat), a car and the possibility to form own team.

The position may also be suitable for a married couple, in which case the partner would be integrated in the household activities.

The house is 500 m2, there are 2 maids and a gardener working in the property. The Principals expect semi-formal service, informal during the day and formal in the evenings.

This is a full-time permanent position with an immediate start.

Requirements

"5 years' experience

"Butler training

"Knowledge of silver and French service

"Fluent English

"German would be a plus

"Driving license

"Non-smoker and non-drinker

"Flexible and available

"Pet-lover

Duties and responsibilities

"Looking after the house

"Managing and supervising the household staff (2 maids and a gardener)

"Greeting and welcoming guests

"Table service

"Shopping

"Cooking for the family (breakfast, lunch and dinner - low calorie healthy food)

"Chauffeur duties

"Liaising with contractors and suppliers

Schedule

5 days/week

Approximately 8 hours per day, the candidate has to be flexible

Trial period is 6 weeks
