Live-out Housekeeper in Highgate

Our private client, an informal but meticulously run household of 2 adults and 2 small dogs (no children), is looking for a housekeeper to fill a long-term role within the household.

Hours: Monday-Friday 10am - 6pm and plus up to 6 weeks housesitting per year (on a live in basis)

The role will involve cleaning all areas of the residence, include external areas and light gardening duties (sweeping and mowing). The ideal candidate will be flexible.

The daily duties will include:

"              Cleaning, maintaining and presenting all rooms to the highest standard

"              Walking 2 small dogs

"              Laundry & Ironing

"              Running Errands

"              Cleaning cars - inside and out

"              Mowing lawn

"              Sweeping patio and drive

In addition to the primary residence you will be expected to work at a property in the 2 North London properties once a week. And on occasion travel to another property on the coast to clean a holiday home on the beach.

There will be occasional weekend work required. Time off in lieu will be given for this.

For 6 weeks of the year you will be expected to live-in and house and dog sit.

The annual salary is 25k.
 

A minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
