Part-time Housekeeper

Our private family client is looking for a part time permanent live out housekeeper to work Monday-Friday from 1pm to 7pm.
The house has 3 boys, who are pretty much self-sufficient (aged 10, 13, and 15). They don't need anyone to take them on the school run as they go by tube. The family have a dog (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, aged 6) and the person whom they employ has to love dogs and be prepared to walk him once a day.

It is a 5 storey house which needs cleaning, as well as laundry and ironing of the family's clothes

Cooking is only for the kids' evening meals, not the adults.

We are offering £12 an hour (net). They would also like someone who is flexible about babysitting once a week (on weekdays only: Monday to Thursday nights).

A driver would be nice, but is not essential. 
The family are looking for someone with a positive attitude who likes to keep a clean and tidy house and is good with teenage boys and dogs!

A minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
