Description: Our private client is looking to recruit a private chef for a permanent full time role based in Cambridgeshire. The role can either be live-in or live-out.

Requirements:

· You will need to work approximately 30-45 hours a week, including weekends with two days off min.

· Working independently is a must. You will be managing the family kitchen and must be able to make decisions on the go.

· A very good grasp of Healthy and Clean Eating is a must - Or at least a passion for it!

· A desire to design a ever evolving and creatively stimulating menu for the family.

· You must be able to organise all the elements for the menu ahead to simplify the preparation process and reduce serving times to the minimum.

· Positive attitude and ability to handle extra guests at short notice is imperative.



Your experience:

1- Experience in working in a Private Household or a Healthy eating restaurant of high end quality

2- The ability to work independently, efficiently, calmly with a positive attitude.

3- Experience working with healthy food will be a plus

4- Very clean and organised

5- Experience in managing stock, budget and kitchen supplies.



This position would suit a someone with a go getter attitude and a true independent and perfectionist mind set.

Driving licence essential for the role.

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
