Live-out Housekeeper

Our private client is looking for a live-out housekeeper to manage a newly renovated property near Lincoln's Inn Fields.
They would need to fully understand the household including systems involved in a large newly fitted house: electrics, security, door, lift, telephones and internet, plumbing, air conditioning/heating etc.
 
I have provided an outline of what would be expected of the housekeeper:
 
- Shopping - household goods as well as food shops as needed. 
 
- Keep expenses records and manage budgets
 
- Basic cleaning and laundry, and to manage the cleaner and laundry and step into either of these roles as needed.  Also to do basic garden tasks.
 
- Organisation tasks such as booking a handyman, plumber, etc and make restaurant bookings.
 
- Five days a week, 9-5pm, possibly at times 6 days per week.  Possibly to travel.
 
- Should be a confident London driver.
 
- Cooking at least basic would be a bonus but not essential.
 
- Fully fluent english essential and previous experience either in household management or in the armed services or some such.

A minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
