Live-in Head Housekeeper in Belgravia

We are looking for a live-in Housemanager/ Housekeeper for our HNW client in a large formal property in Belgravia.

This is a full time position, 5 days per to start as soon as possible.

A gentleman is living permanently within the property.

The rest of the family are only in residence for a few weeks per year.

During these times the hours will be longer. 

You will need to be hands on able to handle all aspects of housekeeping including,  laundry, ironing, cleaning, making beds etc...in addition to this, you will also be required to manage the maintenance contracts such as the lift, swimming pool and cover front of house and basic service duties.

Simple light cooking would be required (light breakfast).

Accommodation will provided a basement flat, with en-suite bathroom.  You will have access to the main kitchen. 

The property is set over 6 floors and you will also be responsible for the mews house.

The salary offered in £40 to £42k annual gross.
