Jerome Thomas

Jerome is an experienced recruitment consultant, who provides a specialist one-to-one service for Randolphs' international clientele. Originally from Lorraine in the east of France, Jerome recruits house managers, butlers, chauffeurs, chefs and occasionally gardeners for high-profile households. The positions are mainly based in London and the home counties, but placements are made further afield in the UK and also in the US, Australia, Africa and Kuwait. He believes clients come to Randolphs for its 16-year experience, insight and knowledge that only the most exceptional candidates will be put forward. He is always happy to exceed the expectations of clients; but equally satisfied when he finds the perfect opportunity for a candidate, too.
