German speaking Nanny Governess/PA/Driver Oxfordshire

Our private client is recruiting a Live-in Nanny/Governess/PA to look after their 3 children aged 14, 12 and 7.
Separate flat offered .

The role will be a full time live in role which will involve all-encompassing responsibility for the children. Including organization and management of the children's welfare and activities, together with a number of PA responsibilities.

Detailed job responsibilities:
Nanny role
- Prepare the children for school in the morning if mother is not there
- Ensure all school uniforms (including the sports kits) are in place and the correct sizes.
- Organize and co-ordinate the children's school sports, clubs and after school activities.
- Deal with the school regarding all matters concerning the children.
- Source and co-ordinate tutors where necessary.
- Drive the children where ever they need to be driven, including but not limited to: to and from school, to play dates, sports days, birthday parties, events.
- Arrange and co-ordinate suitable weekend and holiday activities and play dates.
- If the parents are away, stay with the children overnight; facilitate homework, get them ready for bed and stay at the main house.
- Go on holiday with the family whenever and wherever required.
- Cook if necessary.

PA role
- Various PA responsibilities relating to the children.
- Manage the children's calendar.
- Manage the petty cash accounting for the children.
- Answer/return calls, place orders, run errands.
- Make hotel bookings and transfers where needed.

Experience required:
- We are looking for a highly professional and trustworthy individual with extensive Nanny or Governess experience, ideally with a nursing, tutor or governess background

- Preferably a German speaker
- Must have a UK driver's license and be a confident driver

£50.000 annual gross salary.

To start Immediatly.

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
