Randolphs recruitment is a well-established employment agency and employment business which recruits high-calibre service staff for private households & estates, corporate & family offices and hospitality events & parties.
We provide all private household staff, including house managers, butlers, PAs, housekeepers, couples, chefs and nannies, for permanent, temporary or seasonal positions, live-in or live-out, in the UK and overseas.
We are currently looking for a recruitment assistant to join our Covent Garden office to work with our busy team of recruitment consultants.
Our ideal candidate would have:
· Excellent communication skills including:
· Written English and an exceptional telephone manner to communicate with both clients and candidates by email and telephone.
· Excellent office & administration and skills with an ability to prioritise and multi task.
· Strong organisational skills - being able to work effectively on your own initiative as well as part of a team with a keen eye for detail.
· Some experience and interest within recruitment is desirable.
· Ability to demonstrate an empathy and understanding with our candidates.
· Be familiar with the recruitment process, and be able to keep HR and recruitment systems up to date.
Reporting directly to our Head of Permanent Recruitment & Office Manager (full coaching and support will be provided) to undertake the following duties:
· Identifying and resourcing of suitable candidates for active vacancies through a variety of mediums.
· Providing support in dealing with candidate queries, calls and applications.
· Writing candidate profiles and CV’s.
· Checking verbal references on a daily basis.
· Using our recruitment database to record candidate and client details.
· Ensure full compliance of all candidates registering.
· Post live vacancies to our website and other job boards as required.

Salary 18k – 22k plus inclusion in shared recruitment admin monthly bonus pot after probationary period.
