Head of Nannies Governess in Riyadh

Our private client in Riyadh is recruiting a Head of Nursery / Governess oversees the day to day running of the nursery and manages a team of nannies (up to 8 / 10) ensuring that all activities that revolve around the children are carried out following the highest possible standard
The Head of Nursery / Governess is also responsible for overseeing the pedagogical development of the children. She periodically talks to teachers, provides reports and recommendations to the family to ensure the children are on the learning path expected by the family
Reporting to the Principal, the Head of Nursery / Governess is overall responsible for the overall well-being of the children and for their emotional, physical and educational development

• 7+ years of relevant experience in private household as Head of Nursery / Governess
• Previous experience as Nanny
• Previous international working experience
• Previous Middle East working experience a plus

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: To be discussed with the candidate

• Bonus: Based on performance
• Contract Period : 2 years and renewed automatically unless notice of 30 days is given by either party
