- Our client is recruiting an experienced a full-time private Chef to work in a private estate for a very high profile person and their family with 2 children.
The position would involve on a daily basis preparing and cooking a relaxed lunch and formal plated Dinner in the evenings.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience working in a private house, yachts and possibly fine dining restaurants, and have a knowledge of Wines.
Responsible for preparing interesting menus, particularly English and Vegetarian. The family entertain every couple of weeks and occasionally, parties to be catered for.
The role involves some travelling to France and occasionally US.
Flexible 5 day week subject to the diary of the house
Live-out or possible accommodation in a cottage on the estate
Salary of £50-60K offered subject to experience and accommodation package
Start date early March
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
