- One of our private clients based in Spain is recruiting a Bilingual Spanish/English Account Manager to assist with their provisions company for 5 months (May - September)
Ideally, you will have experience of managing the provisions for a superyacht (chef or chief stewardess) or a large household.
The duties wlil include:
• Overseeing the account management process• Developing the relationship with the Chef or Chief Stewardess being responsible for all communications• Receive and process the orders with suppliers at 6.30am• Manage the team• Receive goods, check quality & quantity, pack neatly and deliver on time• Responsible for ensuring the team return all invoices to the folder• Working with finance to hand over the folders (picking list, invoices) to allow finance to generate the invoice• Working with finance to finalise the invoice and ensure it is 100% accurate
Experience required:
• Experience of working on a superyacht as a chef or chief stewardess, being involved with the ordering and processing of provisions on-board• Experience of working in a yacht provisioning business, preferably experience of managing a provisioning team and experience of account managing yacht clients• Chef level understanding of food types, cuts of meat, fish, fruit & veg, cooking ingredients to enable you to develop a meaningful relationship with the chef. Good knowledge of wine• Have worked in a high level concierge company or customer services role and can demonstrate the ability to deliver a high quality service in a time pressured environment
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
