Italian/French/English Private PA in Monaco - Part Time

Our Private client in Monaco is looking to recruit an Italian, French and English speaking part time Personal Assistant – 15 hours per week.

Hours: Part time - 3 afternoons a week consisting of 5 hours.

What we are looking for:

1. Fluent in Italian, English and French.
2. Proven experience working with an international family with complex affairs.
3. Familiar with all the issues and tasks that such families face and confident in liaising with external professionals such as lawyers, bankers etc
4. Experience managing multiple properties in different countries. 
5. The candidate will manage these properties covering payroll for staff, utility bills, payment of local taxes, maintenance. 
6. Experience managing staff and other service providers.
7. The candidate will manage all household staff and coordinate with other service providers – staff, gardeners, pool, maintenance. 
8. Property re-development. Familiarity with project management (house/super yacht).
9. Follow the build. Check invoices. Liaise with architect, building contractor, project manager etc.
10. Traditional PA skills. Booking travel, admin support, paying bills etc.
