Description: Russian speaking Household Manager in Knightsbridge, London

We are looking for a professional and experienced House manager for our private client in London

The position is permanent, live-out, full-time.

Will be required to work 5 (sometimes 6) days out of 7 covering around 10 hours per day.

The role reports to the Head of Family Office with the following duties/responsibilities:

o Carry out administration and budget control of all the properties, including cash flow management, expenses reporting.
o Manage the domestic staff (approx. 25 people) and get involved in the international household recruitment.
o Preparing rota and schedules, dealing with holidays;
o Liaise with sub-contractors, service providers, manage architects.
o Delegate and co-ordinate all maintenance work in the properties when required.
o Coordinating various events;
o IT and organisational projects;
o Yacht management crew.

Minimum of 3 years working as a Household Manager for a HNW family (at least two properties` management experience) in the UK or in Europe to receive the advertised rate of pay
