Description
 
One of our private clients is looking for a full time Private PA in Surrey and London. You will predominantly based in Surrey 2- 3 days a week and 1 –2 days in London. The role is split 70% Private and 30% Business. The Principal requires a forward thinking, self-starter with plenty of initiative and drive. There are multiple houses to oversee and ensure the same high standard is kept throughout. There will be a requirement to travel to the properties ahead of the Principal’s visit to prepare the house for their arrival. There could be an opportunity to work remotely, as long as the duties are fulfilled.
 
Duties include:
 
  • Diary and travel arrangements

  • Schedule business meetings

  • Email management

  • Booking Private appointments, restaurants, theatre, doctors etc

  • Working with property agents to oversee insurance, warranties and services are up to date.

  • Dealing with some business and all personal associates

  • Preparing schedules and all correspondence.

  • Attending meetings and taking notes.

  • Liaising with members of the Principal’s family

  • Organising ticket distribution for sporting events

  • Acting as hostess at these events

  • Overseeing and working with Household staff and recruiting when necessary

  • Preparing business documents

  • Keeping car maintenance, MOT, tax, service etc up to date

  • IT  - ensuring updated systems are in place and maintained – good knowledge of IT expected.

  • Processing invoices and working with a Finance team

  • Producing briefing notes and presentations

  • Travelling with luggage to Principal’s international homes

  • Assisting with philanthropic projects and maintaining relationships on behalf of the Principal

Abilities:
IT savvy,
Have a flexible working approach
Interest in philanthropy
Excellent proven Private PA experience
Proven ability to work on own.
Driving license

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
