- Description
- Our Private client is looking for a Live-in Housekeeper for a property in Chelsea.
The position is full time, 5 days per week.
The client is visiting London one week per month, maximum so flexibility will be required when they are in town.
The position requires an experienced, discrete, reliable and flexible person who will manage the house to high standards, plan ahead, and ensure that everything is in place ready for the arrival of the principal at any time.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Day to day general housekeeping
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Shopping (family have own chef and butler when in residence)
Responsibility for general household management matters such as replacing household stock items, arranging dry cleaning liaising with contractors and tradesmen and overseeing any minor works that may be required to be carried out from time to time at the property.
Hours
2 days off per week 40 - 50 hours per week. Due to the nature of the role the Housekeeper will need to be flexible regarding time off so that they are available when the principal is in residence (one week out of 1 or 2 months)
Accommodation
Separate entrance, Private double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom, kitchen and breakfast/dining area
Salary £450 - £500 net per week
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
