- Description
- Our private client is looking for an experienced, creative and dynamic chef to work on a full time basis for a private family, preparing meals for the family, business associates and events they host. The family enjoy healthy high quality food and are looking for someone who can produce creative menus and manage all aspects of an efficient kitchen
5 days a week, 7am-7pm with flexibility
Duties:" To ensure menus are planned in accordance with the families requirementso The family eat a very healthy diet of the highest quality organic and wild food, the chef needs to be creative within these parameters and recognise relevant food intollerences at all times." To shop for and order food, kitchen supplies and equipment" Prepare meals for the family and at times household staff" Serve meals and snacks to the family and guests" Serve beverages throughout the day" Plan and prepare special events, preparing menues for parties, holiday meals and functions" Direct the operation and organisation of kitchens and all food-related activities, including the presentation and serving of food." Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen at all times." Stock control and stock rotation, making sure no expired products are used." Some travel may be requiredSalary: Competitive - dependent on experience and expertise, up to £45,000 gross per annum
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
