Live-out Private Chef in Knightsbridge
Working hours: 5 days / 50-60 hours
Salary: £40-50K gross/year depending on experience
Starting date: ASAP
Live-out positionDuties within this role involve:
* Cooking for the family and maintaining the kitchen in top form
* Grocery shopping
* Maintaining good stock rotation to minimise wastage.
* Maintaining a budget for kitchen expenses
* Being the contact person for service providers
* Organisation and management of the kitchen
The ideal Private Chef would have/be:
" Experience working for HNW families
" Experience in planning menus
" Experience working as a Private Chef or as a Head or Sous Chef at Rosette or 5 star hotel standards
" Flexible in terms of hours
" Living in and around London
" Good team player (team of 4 chefs and other household staff)Preferred language skills - English / any European language
