Live out Housekeeper in Mayfair
" Full time housekeeping position based in Mayfair.
" Start date ASAP.
" Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm with flexibility being paramount when deliveries are expected or the principle is in London (he lives between London & Zurich)
" 28 days holiday per year including national and bank holidays.
" Salary £35 - £45k depending on experience.
" Weekend days worked / national holidays worked will be paid at £200 extra per day or a day off in lieu.
" Must be flexible and able to work some Saturdays and Sundays.
" Must be willing to work some bank holidays and national holidays.
" Duties include: cleaning, ironing, taking deliveries, shopping for personal items - household goods, toiletries, special items etc., laundry, hand washing, keeping the house clean and tidy at all times, ordering groceries, assisting with packing and preparing boxes of times to be sent overseas, maintaing an extensive wardrobe, managing household stock and products, dealing with engineers, builders, liaising with the landlord, dealing with emergency repairs, being in sole charge of the property, acting as emergency key holder.
" Someone with extensive laundry experience is essential. The principle has very high standards when it comes to his clothes, especially his shirts which need to be washed and pressed in a very specific way which will be demonstrated to the candidate by myself.
" Must be able to work effectively as part of a team with the House Manager and the chef.
" Must be willing and able to travel for potential work overseas to cover for the House Manager in Zurich and potentially accompany the principle on holidays. Must have valid passport at all times.
" Must be able to follow specific instructions on how the principle wants things done.

" Must be able to self-manage as there will be times when the principle is away for long periods but the house must always be prepared.
" The candidate must be very discreet and will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
