- Description
Our family client is looking for a full time Finance/Administrator to work in their Family Head Office. Your duties will include book keeping and accounts and general administration. Ideally you will have some private office experience or exposure of working with HNWI. The role will include collecting data for analysis, comparing costs on insurance, utility bills, negotiating with contractors etc, dealing with staff, payroll, holiday, sickness forms etc. You will also be responsible for organising the NDA's and filing them. You will also help create an Art brochure for the Family's private collection and deal with the auction house. You must be super organised, proactive, a self starter with a 'can do' attitude. Hours 9 am - 6 pm. Start date - September 2017.
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
