- Description
- London based HNWI requires a Book Keeper/Finance Manager to run their international private and business finances. The role will involve maintaining spreadsheet and invoice information, create financial recording systems, work with UK and international family office and accountants. Ensure contracts and financial agreements are up to date, purchase orders, petty cash, credit cards, expenses, invoices. You will negotiate and review contracts for all purchases from Private Jets, hotels, house, travel and car insurance. It is vital that you adhere to financial regulations and legislations, are up to date with technology and accounting software. You will also be responsible for collating all timesheets and entering data as well as tracking all global staff holiday and implement form procedures. Ideally you will have at least 10 years plus Book Keeping and Financial experience and have the ability to work on a 1 on 1 basis with your Principal. You must have a flexible working attitude, happy to travel internationally and be contactable 24/7. A golden opportunity for someone reliable and hard working.
