Live-in Domestic Couple in Belsize Park, London

We are recruiting a domestic couple for our private clients living in a recently refurbished large house with five children aged between 5 to 21 (staying at at home part time and at other times away at school/university. ..)
They spend much of the school holidays away from London. 
When the family is at home, the place is very busy but for 10-15 weeks of the year the house is empty.
There is a full-time housekeeper who does most of the cleaning and laundry and some basic cooking and child-minding/baby-sitting.

The Domestic couple roles consist of the following:

Housekeeper
Manage the house, shopping, cooking, some cleaning.  Take children to and from school and other activities and help the younger ones with their homework. Assist in preparation for dinner parties.   Some administrative and secretarial tasks. 

Gardener/Driver/Handyman
Look after the recently created garden, which is a reasonable size by London standards, some London driving and airport runs and look after the cars, basic handyman tasks, take children to and from activities, and be generally helpful.
 
Living Arrangements
A good quality one-bedroom flat very nearby is provided and the domestic couple will stay in a one bedroom flat in the house when the family are away (for security reason)).

Hours and Days of Work
Normal hours will be 7.30am – 7pm during school term time and 9.00am -5.00pm in holidays and weekends.  The family will expect the Housekeeper to work alternate weekends approximately during term time and to have days off in lieu during school holidays.  
On some occasions (approximately five times per year) she will be asked to come to the house in France for those weekends, primarily to help with children.  (The house in France is fully-staffed separately.)  There will be a need for baby-sitting on average one evening per week.

A good basic and annual bonus – in the region of £65K annual
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
