Description: One of our Private clients is looking for a part time PA/Valet based in London from August 2018 to October 2018 on a temporary basis and then relocate to US in October on a full time basis.

Hours will be 9.30 am - 1.30pm

Ideally you will have a green card and be eligable to work in the US.

When you return to Austin it willl be a live-in role, with furnished accommodation provided

Salary depending on experience, up to £50,000+ gross per annum.

Working days and working hours to be confirmed, flexibility a must, ability to adapt to quick changes.

Location:
3 months in London (around June/July and August)
9 months in the US.

Duties:

Administration
Audio typing
Diary management
Flights/hotel booking, travel arrangements, processing bills and payment, supplies, groceries, general errands.
Taking notes at meeting, drafting meeting reports.
Printing, editing document, official communications.
Some wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, dry cleaning drop off/collection
Liaise with contractors (contract cleaners)

A minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
