We are looking for a professional Domestic Couple for our private client to manage 3 Luxury Villas in Cairo, Egypt
The position is permanent, full-time, live in
Duties for him – House Manager
1. The Manager is involved in supervising of 100% of staff working in the above-mentioned properties, including but not limited to, cleaning staff, security staff, maintenance staff, gardeners etc. Manager is dedicated to improving staff performance, maintaining at all times the highest standard of excellence.
2. 100% responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance program for all staff to follow. Manager must lead by example.
3. Manager must ensure that all properties are available for use at all times, and maintained 100% at all times.
4. Maintain an inventory of all items in the properties.
5. Co-ordinating with vendors and contractors.
6. Ability to work independently and with a team, as well as a hands-on approach.
7. Confidentiality and discretion at all times.
8. Maintaining household budgets, purchasing, expense reporting, etc.
9. Flexible scheduling with availability to work overtime, events and weekends as needed.
Duties for Her - Housekeeper
1. The Housekeeper is responsible for keeping Villa G 100% clean and maintained at all times, maintaining the highest standard of excellence.
2. Ability to work independently and with a team, as well as a hands-on approach. Supervision of the cleaning staff.
3. Confidentiality and discretion at all times.
4. Flexible scheduling with availability to work overtime, events and weekends as needed.
Accommodation
House Manager couple to have own quarters in Villa G, which includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
Salary is negotiable – in the region of £60,000 annual
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
