Live-out Rotational Private Chef in Surrey

Our private client is looking to recruit a high quality private chef to join their team based in Surrey. It is a rotational position with occasional travel involved.

The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role for at least 5 years. Would be happy to travel and have a clean driver’s license. Experience on private yachts is a bonus. 

The preferred cooking style is light Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on organic and nutritionally beneficial food.  Prominently this will be family style cooking however there will be regular events that require a more sophisticated menu. The candidate should therefore be comfortable cooking consistently for a family but also be able to cook and co-ordinate for large events for up to 100 people. Be genuinely passionate about cooking and work to a very high standard. You must be punctual, consistent and be able to accommodate last minute changes. The candidate should be able to take direction well, however also be enthusiastic about being inventive within the dietary parameters of the family and their guests.
