- Description
- We are recruiting a school facility Manager to work in Marylebone, a private Bilingual French and English school.
Your responsibility would be:
Ensuring the safety of the building's occupants and visitors. ensures that emergency exits are visible and exit signs stay lit.
The building manager oversees the security system, security staff and fire-prevention systems in the building.
Manage the security, keep all security and fire system equipment operational.
The building manager repairs electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
Salary of 33.000 gross per year.
To start immediately.
Days & Hours of Work:
5 days per week Monday to Friday around 8 hours per day with occasional weekends if emergency.
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
