- Description
- One of our private clients based in SW1 is looking for a PA to work alongside 2 other Executive Assistants. You will be assisting in the day to day running of the office, whilst the EA's work on project work.
Your duties will include:
Typing- Audio Typing
- Receiving deliveries & managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Email management
- Diary management
- Answering calls
- Attending meetings & taking notes
- Collecting dry cleaning, running errands.
- Building relationships on the phone and face to face
- Covering for the EA's in their absence.
- Windows - MS Office.
You must be very systems orientated and have strong technology skills and minimum 55 wpm.
There is opportunity to be involved in all areas of the family business and philanthropic projects. A very exciting position with real prospects.
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
