- Description
- Our client is looking to recruit for live-out Handyman for their property in London.
They are looking for someone who is reliable, cheerful and gets on with the job and uses initiative to the job done.
The job description includes:
1. Occasional driving and shopping
2. Household maintenance, including liaising with plumbers, electricians etc, touching up painting, bringing in logs for fires
3. Looking after the garden, including replenishing soil, pruning, cutting hedges, maintenance of trellis's and wall climbers (some use of step ladders) and general garden maintenance
4. Walking their 3 dogs.
Working hours:
8.30am - 4.30pm with an hour for lunch
Holidays:
This will be 20 days holiday per year at an annual salary of £25,000.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out a trial on a three month basis before making the role permanent.
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
