- Our private client is looking for a Housekeeper/cook to work in their new property in Windsor. This is a live out position, from Monday to Friday for minimum 5 hours per day.The house is a 5 bedroom property with 4 bathrooms and 3 reception rooms.Job Description:" Professional Daily Housekeeper and Cook in Windsor." The Family have 2 children (both boys and 4 years old) and 2 cats." They need someone with experience in private households - all housekeeping to a very high standard, cleaning, laundry, ironing and care of clothes." It is essential that the House Keeps is organised, proactive and able to create their own schedule of what needs to be cleaned daily ensuring the house is tidy and everything is in order to a very high standard." They want somebody who goes beyond just cleaning what is visibly dirty, but also takes care of regularly cleaning cupboards, wardrobes, etc." Occasional essential shopping might be required if something is missing in the house." They would like somebody who is happy with 2 cats around (very well educated and indoor cats) and is happy to clean their litter and feed them if required." They are also looking for somebody able to prepare a good family meal for the evenings. (This can be pre-prepared meal during the day and then they can re-heat/ put in the oven in the evening)." They would like they house keeper to preferably arrive at around 7am to do the boys breakfast in the morning (although this is not a must if they can only arrive at 8am) from Monday to Friday. Minimum of 5 hours work a day." Need to be fluent in English." No travelling is requiredThe salary offered is £10-£13 per hour.
