- Our private client is looking to recruit a junior sous chef for a permanent full time live-out position based on Park Lane. The selected candidate will assist the head chef and the sous chef in the running of a professional and fully staff kitchen. Repsonsible for food preparation, inventory, stock management, control food quality, staff management, health and safety regulation to name a few.Working 8 to 10 hours a day, 5 days a week with rotated days off, 35 days off per year, salary negotiable between 30,000 to 35,000 depending on experience.This particular kitchen operates like in a 5 star hotel with a full brigade and all the required appliances to offer high standards of cooking.Immediate start.
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
