We are looking for a professionally qualified and experienced Governeur/Governess for our private client to care of little boy 3.8 years old
The position is permanent, live-in, full time (rotation)
Job commencing preferably in the Autumn of 2018, with trials being held beforehand.
Family home is based in the countryside an hour outside of Moscow, Russia however there is also a house in central London and time aboard the family yacht.
The family is looking for a highly competent and motivated French or Spanish Governour/Governess with a good level of experience and preferably some kind of qualification or knowledge of early years teaching and development.
The family have already raised their son to be bilingual in Russian and English and are now looking to add a third language: either French or Spanish. It is essential the candidate is a native French or Spanish speaker so that can also impart some of the culture of the country and will use this to develop language skills in the little boy.
The ideal candidate for this position would be male but the family are also open to considering female candidates. The family are looking for someone who will be promoting their son’s development with stimulating activities as well as being an active adult who is willing to also engage with sport and likes to be outside. In addition the candidate should be happy with a mixture of solo and shared care work and be open to following a good routine.
The family are looking for 24/7 care of their son with the Governess/Governeur sharing her room with the little boy when they are working. Hours will be on rota with another English speaking nanny who has been in employment with the family for 1 year.
Monthly hours will usually be 15 days, with the occasional extension to 30 days during exceptional circumstances or periods of travel. Any days over the 15 days expected will be paid for and any days not worked of the 15 will be subtracted.
However it is essential the Governeur/ Governess is flexible to the family’s needs and will be required to travel with the family internationally, any separate accommodation provided, travel and the care of the nanny is of the highest level.
A candidate would need to be pet friendly and should be happy working in a team. The ideal nanny should be looking for a long-term commitment and be flexible in regards to working hours and be happy to do extra hours when extra help is needed.
A salary is negotiable according to the ideal candidate around.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
