Live-in Couple in Hertfordshire

We are looking for a Domestic Couple for our private client in Hertfordshire
The position is Permanent, Live-In or possibly Live-Out, full time
Hours required:
Housekeeper - 45 hours per week Mon to Fri (7am to 12pm and then 3pm to 7pm)
Gardener/Handyman - 45 hours per week Mon to Fri (7am to 12pm and then 2pm to 6pm)
Some occasional flexibility with these hours would be appreciated

Busy family of 5 - 3 children ages 13, 11 and 9 and  2 cats
Modern house - 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom
Duties
" One - a "Housekeeper/Cleaner/Mothers' Help"
" The other - "Gardener/Handyman/Driver/Pet Care/Errands etc"
" One or both must be a driver
 Housekeeper role:
Must have a good solid experience of running a busy household with children
Very competent, organised, efficient housekeeper who is thorough, proactive, hands-on with an eye for detail
Used to cleaning to a very high standard
Must have lots of experience with managing laundry
Experience of preparing family meals
Kind and friendly disposition
Must enjoy working with children - really important
Experience of working in a similar role previously
 Gardener/Handyman role:
Experience of gardening, DIY, driving, errands etc
Car cleaning and maintenance
Property maintenance
Happy to help out on occasion if needed in the home
Requirements
" Must speak English
" Non-smokers
" Must be DBS checked
" No pets and no dependents (if live-in)

Employee Accommodation: 
 1 double bedroom apartment
 1 bathroom with bath and shower
Open plan kitchen/living room
Own separate front door entrance

Salary is up to £800 NET per week for both
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
