We are looking for a professional chef for our private client

The position is permanent, full time, live-in on 7 days rotation

Requirements and Conditions
Chef should have experience in top restaurants, ideally Michelin starred (this is a number of years experience not just a stage)
Predominantly responsible for the family of four
They are looking for Michelin starred, restaurant standard food
The Principal follows a dairy and gluten free diet
Chef will cater for all requirements including morning breakfast, lunch and dinner
If the family are out of the house, they will require a basket to take with them with snacks and / or lunch (sometimes breakfast)
Chef will be responsible for all provisioning - most will deliver to site - butcher, fish monger, fruit and vegetables, larder items.  Also ideally located for emergency provisioning or requirements from London
Family will entertain from time to time (from BBQ to fine dining)
The shift pattern is 7 days on and 7 days off 
On site accommodation provided during shift only (ensuite double room)
Working pattern is 6.30am through to close of house (there would be an opportunity for a break during the day)
Assistance from another Chef (who caters mainly Principal's wife, children and staff food - roughly 6 staff on shift lunch and dinner) 5 days per week and from a kitchen porter.  On the 2 days the other Chef is not on site, and during their holiday, this position will be required to cover
Holiday to be taken during 7 days off
Role may require travel with the family in the UK and / or overseas during vacation periods
 
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
