Jo focuses on the recruitment of high-calibre nannies, private tutors and live-in household couples for permanent, temporary and/or seasonal positions within some of the most exclusive private households and family offices, internationally. She has 20 years' experience in recruitment, having started her career as a human resources professional working in blue-chip companies. She subsequently specialised in recruiting permanent private staff, searching for and selecting first-class candidates for high-profile clients. She believes in the importance of being flexible and adapting to meet clients' needs, which may change very quickly.
