Nannies & childcare

Randolphs provides live-in or live-out nannies and a multitude of other childcare solutions. We recruit for permanent, temporary and seasonal household posts, full-time or part-time, sole charge or shared care as required.

Alongside childcare provision, we also recruit private tutors and nanny/tutors, governesses, nanny/housekeepers and maternity nurses. We can offer bi-lingual nannies who speak French, Spanish, Italian, Russian or Mandarin, in addition to English.

Many clients choose to employ a nanny as an extra pair of hands simply for after school, holidays, events or at night time: we can help with this too.

We also provide 'mannies': male nannies who are a great alternative for families with older boys who love their sport and need lots of exercise.

There is nothing more important than your children's wellbeing, and we take great pride in the high standard of our screening process. We conduct rigorous interviews, diligent verbal and written reference checks and thorough background searches on all of our child-carers. Our candidates will apply for a UK DBS (formerly CRB check) when they start a new position, or, if the candidate has been in the UK for less than six months, we'll request that they provide the equivalent of a relevant CRB from their home country. We maintain professional contact with both families and candidates throughout the whole recruitment process.
